solved. i commented out post date and author from summary template with <!-- --!>

in smarty template {* *} should be used.

well, it didn't come out as i hoped it would. the script works great, but it's not what i need after all.

fyi, i settled with jquery pagination. not a perfect solution, but good enough.

i did call the base jquery only once.

thanks for your help. i did as you suggested, and no change. same error.

just to make sure - i have no cms_content table, but rather "someprefix"_content table...in my root folder.

can you think of anything else?
