Excellent, I will have a look at that module once i get my WAMP server up and running and latest CMSMS version installed.

I actually got this resolved by removing the below CSS code and adding the CSS Horizontal menu from the default install.

I am actually looking for something along the lines of the above but I want the admin to be able to upload the files and the user to be able to retrive them from the file space that only they can access.
