was my fault. Smarty docs are updated for current Smarty version ... and this is version 3.0.5 .
The correct url for Smarty 2 is

In der 1.6 heißen die Stopwörter jetzt "Nicht zu indizierende Wörter:" - ist auch ok .

How the topic says I wanna count all pages from a defined level upside - what I have to do?
