It wasn't : I removed cmsms-2.2.8-install.php from the server, changed to 777 config.php and the re-uploaded cmsms-2.2.8-install.php. I was able to continue after that. Would it be possible that the installer store the previous chmod attributes of config.php and doesn't really update on re-check ? A...
