I have grid style gallery where I render thumbs in grid lets say gallery "parent", that parent gallery has sub galleries "sub1", "sub2". Is it posible to render all thumbs in upload order no matter from what gallery it is?

I'm making webpage. It should be through all devices, problem is no matter what device the width of the "screen" is always 980px. What may be the problem? Is this common?

Clearing cache and template folders didn't work.
Deleting it from datebase to didn't work.
In the end I refreshened the install, I didn't lose any data and it works
