Re: Map field values to Email addresses error - Invalid addr
Ignore the: Could not instantiate mail function. in the original post. Not relevant (Duh - forgot to sent up sendmail with new xampp) So it works fine.... as long as you only have one line in the map fields. As soon as you add additional lines and save, the returns get replaced with the &am...

Re: PHP Warning after successful 2.2.10 install
DIGI3, Yes I know I can change the error reporting to ignore the warnings, but everything I have ever read indicates you should resolve the issue causing the warning rather than ignoring it as it may be a symptom of something more serious later on. That this is a clean install of the latest version ...

PHP Warning after successful 2.2.10 install
About a month ago I installed the latest Xampp pkg on my PC to create a test environment. Downloaded and installed the latest CMSMS. The first time I created a website (about 1 month ago) everything worked fine. Today when I attempt to create a second website using the same download packages I get t...

CGCalendar - FullCalendar view big space issue
I had to reinstall CGCalendar on my website as the enter event template suddenly started to not display all the fields. (I wish there was a refresh option on the modules so you didn't have to uninstall, remove & reinstall when this happens). After re-installation I find that the full calendar vi...

FEU Logoff not always redirecting
My site has a members only area that uses FEU and CMSContentManager to restrict access to certain pages. When users sign in with their username (=email) they get the FEU logout form. Everything works fine until they return to the logout form page and press the Sign Out link. Sometimes it takes them ...

Group Permissions - Front End Users vs Backend Users
On my site the people who have signed up with Self Registration for a Frontend User Account are members of the club. After they confirm their email address they are assigned to a "pending" group with limited access to a members only area. Once the Membership Chair verifies they are indeed ...

Re: Selfregistration Module - No link on Confirmation email
I gave up. It seemed like everything I did further broke my site. I had originally built in on my home server and tested everything but the mail options. I followed the instructions to move the completed files and database to a different server. It looked like it worked - but clearly something got c...

Re: Selfregistration Module - No link on Confirmation email
Yes. As a matter of fact I have reset all the templates used in Self Registration back to the default each time I have reinstalled or upgraded. I don't know if there is any connection, but since Self Registration has a dependency on Front End User... Here are my settings for Front End User: FrontEnd...

Re: Selfregistration Module - No link on Confirmation email
Ok. I'm using the unmodified default templates until I get it working. Here is what I did. 1. Uninstalled and removed Self Registration module 2. Installed Self Registration 1.12 - moves forward after submit, mails confirmation, no link in the message. (at least I'm back to where I started). 3. Upda...

Re: Selfregistration Module - No link on Confirmation email
Oh come on! So I saw I needed to upgrade several packages: CGCalendar: 2.5.1 CGExtensions: 1.60 CGSimpleSmarty: 2.1.8 FrontEndUsers: 2.9 SelfRegistration: 1.14 So thinking this might solve my issue I upgraded them. Now when I click the "Submit" button the screen blinks and returns to the c...

Selfregistration Module - No link on Confirmation email
Just finished upgrading/rebuilding my site from CMSMS 1.x to CMSMS 2.2.6. Previously I used the SelfRegistration Module and all worked fine out of the box until CMSMail no longer worked with the updated version of PHP I had to migrate to on 1 and 1. Once rebuilt the mailings are once again working B...
