CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi everyone, Have not logged in to the backend of my site in a while and was trying to update something but when I try to log in to the CMS backend it just doesn't work. Doesn't even say my password is incorrect or anything it just redirects back to the login page again. Any help appreciated. Thanks
