I tried to install FCKeditorX and when I try to upload the XML file through the modules page, it just says "error 500- internal server error". How do I get around this? is there any other way to install it?

Module page is messed up
Hi,
I was installing a few modules and when I tried to install one of them, The page came up and it looked messed up. I'm using v.1.4.1. I've attached a picture of it to show you guys what it looks like.

Admin area looks messed up
I'm running cmsms v.1.4.1 and I set up the cms properly but the admin area looks like it got messed up. I've attached a picture of it.
