Dear all
I want to embed a google group into my page.
It displays fine in IE and Firefox but won't work in Google Chrome. This is only an issue with embedding a Google Group - any other URL works.
Have tried using the embed tag and the iframe code itself.
I'm using version 1.6.6
Any ideas?
Andrew

Multiple Front Ends?
Hi My requirement is to build many sites with different domain names and with different layouts and styles, but all using the same core content. A further requirement would be "personalise" a small portion of the content on each site by the use of tags for things like contact details. Can...

Default page content
Is there any way to have "default" content appear automatically in a newly created page? For example what I want to do is have an empty, but preformatted, table appear, ready for the user to fill in when they create a new page. I have discovered how to do {content block="Second Conte...

Newsflash Scroller v1.0
Hi I'm using the newflash scroller module (v1.0) and have 2 questions if anyone can help: 1. is there a way to make the first item follow directly after the last item? (rather than having to wait till the last item completely clears in the scroll box). 2. What determines the overall height of the sc...

Re: Permission Setting Problem
I have this same problem with 1.2 Is there an answer to this? Also what exactly is the function of "Modify Page Structure" permission. It seems to me that if this is unchecked, an editor can edit, but the page is then not shown on the menu, until somebody with that permission corrects that...

Re: upgrade 0.13 to 1.1
In the absence of any replies I ploughed on. I was tempted to follow what it said in this thread: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 43.15.html. But I didnt, I just followed the instructions in the guide and I upgraded all the way from .13 to 1.1 in one hop without a problem.

[Worked] upgrade 0.13 to 1.1
Hi I'm about to upgrade an old 0.13 site to 1.1 I've noticed a couple of threads which report problems when upgrading old versions, but the threads appear to be updated or unresolved. Are there any precautions over and above what it mentions in the documentation? (I've backed up all and uninstalled ...

Article Submission
Hi Has anyone come up with a method of controlling approval, submission and version control of new published content? Ideally the scenario is that someones creates a page, but they cant make it live until its approved my someone else. The approver should be alerted that a page is waiting for approva...

Re: metadata misbehaviour
I'm feeling very stupid now - I had assumed I just entered text in the metatags wysiwyg editor area - didnt realise I needed to put in the tags as well!

metadata misbehaviour
Hi
In my template, the metadata tag is in between the tags but depsite that the text I enter in the page editor for metadata appears as visible text on the page background.
Am I missing something?
I have 2 sites where this happens, one is 1.0.6 and the other 1.1

Re: text sizer
Well, the bottom line is this. My client (a disability support organisation) have seen this functionality on other sites and they think its a good idea. I'm not gonna argue with them! Having said that, and just for the sake of argument, the logical conclusion of your argument is that websites shoul...
