I did that but through FTP, didn't upload on the the actual page Im calling the news module, do i HAVE to do it through the admin cp? Its not saying my permissions are right (or .htaccess file) but i dont even have a htaccess file on the server right now I don't believe.

What do I need to chomd?

Thanks Chris, I"ll loook into it now, Idk if your familiar with it or not but I've been using wordpress on many sites and while setting up this new CMS, have to adjust to a lot of things!

I looked through the admin and what not, i couldnt fit stuff for it, stuff like removing "posted by: etc"

Yeah I plugged in the right codes, but I think the problem is its not making a new page for the results.

Is ther a way to customize the way the news module looks? Both on the main page and then the news posts page?
