Hi All.
I have just installed CGCalendar (which is pretty cool!) and would like to reduce the size of the display in a sidebar by only showing the first letter of the week days, so instead of Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri it just shows M T W T F.
Is there an easy way of doing this?
Thanks,
Dave

SSL required for Form Builder?
Hi all.
I have used Form Builder for various pages on my site and wondered if there was any real need to use an SSL certificate? None of them pass anything too sensitive but some do pass contact details (name, address, telephone number, etc).
Thanks,
Dave

Image uploads in Shop Made Simple don't work
Hi all.
When I upload product images in Shop Made Simple they don't actually upload. It thinks they do, as it creates as link to them, but no files are actually sent. I have to upload them by hand with the Image Manager. Is this a known bug or should I submit it?
Thanks,
Dave

Re: Category image in Shop Made Simple
Hi Duketown. Your site is doing the same as mine though, the category images are not shown in the list of categories. I want the images shown here: http://www.mantox.nl/shop/ but they are shown here: http://www.mantox.nl/shop/index.php?mact=ShopMadeSimple,cntnt01,fe_category_list,0&cntnt01categ...

Re: Category image in Shop Made Simple
Duketown, I'd send a link to the site but the problem isn't that the code is wrong, as there isn't any code. The page doesn't even have an tag. I'm pretty sure this is by design, and the author(s) of Shop Made Simple never intended the category image to show up in the list of categories (as it sho...

Re: Category image in Shop Made Simple
As I'm not getting anywhere with this does anyone know how I can somehow extract the category name from somewhere? It seems I only have $entry->name to use but it doesn't contain it.
If I can somehow pull the category name I can just use /uploads/images/categories/.jpg
Thanks,
Dave

CGExtenstions breaks admin site
Hi all. I've just upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.4.1 so that I can install CGExtensions to test the Products module. However, after installing CGExtensions there is no CSS on the admin site so it looks a mess and half the pages show as blank. Such as the modules page, which means I can't remove CGExtens...

Re: Category image in Shop Made Simple
Duketown,
I tried that and it shows a list of products in the category, as I would expect. It doesn't show the category image because I removed the code from the template, as I don't want it shown in the list of products, just in the list of categories.

Re: Category image in Shop Made Simple
Hi Duketown.
No, there is nothing there at all, it's not evening showing a broken link to the image in. I just used the {$image} variable (or whatever it was) that is included in the other section that uses it.

Category image in Shop Made Simple
Hi all.
I have several categories setup with Shop Made Simple and have included an image for each. However, this image shows up in the list of products, not in the list of categories. How do I change it? I tried copying and pasting the code but it doesn't work.

Re: 2 questions about Shop Made Simple
Alan, Thanks for your reply. On the first item I guess you're right, it's something that probably needs to be coded into SMS. I just hoped there was a way around it, as at the moment any shop visitors have to either click back in their browser or click the products link to start the process again. ...

2 questions about Shop Made Simple
Hi all. I'm in the process of using Shop Made Simple to set up a very basic 'shop' as part of an existing CMSMS site. So far so good but I have hit a few problems and hope somebody can help me resolve them. Firstly, How do I use a breadcrumb trail with this? I have used the standard one but it doe...

Re: Online shop possible with CMSMS?
Joel, I'm currently using the Shop Made Simple module to add a very basic shop to an exsiting site and so far it's going well, but taking quite a bit of tweaking to meet my needs. I don't know if you can use the same SQL database as another site but I'm sure somebody else will be able to answer tha...
