Author hasn't posted in 8 months, and website has been "under construction" for about as long.. does this mean support is no longer offered by the author? As well as updates, improvements, etc?

I'm assuming that they mail_answer_ global block needs some tags in it as well... can anyone share an example? Also, I noticed if I book a reservation for a night in Room#1 that I can go right back in and book that same room for someone else on the same night. Shouldn't a reservation system prevent...
