Nope, it's a Linux server. I upgraded directly from 1.9.4.3 to 1.10.3, so that might've been part of the problem. I have the same question/issue as GroeneKaktus.  My search results show many pages which aren't related at all to the keywords entered (the keywords are found nowhere in the content blocks). 

Is the search module looking at items other than page content blocks to determine its results?

I'm also having this problem.  Running 1.7.1 on HostGator.  I have another client whose site is on a similar HostGator plan, but they're using 1.7, and there are no TinyMCE issues there.
