Try changing the permissions on all the images inside the uploads/images/catalog folder to 777.
This is the only fix that works for me.

Hey Guys, Not sure if this is the best solution, but I have hardwired the Cataloger.module.php to bypass the whole Cataloger.Image.php url and just use correct url. In my case I didn't need the rescaling functionality this seems to provide, but if you do still need it I wouldn't recommend this.. in ...
