Re: Install with No Phar
I was going to ask exactly the same question. I just tried to update a CMSMS site from 1.12 to 2.0.1 and it failed due to a lack of PHAR in the PHP distribution (version 5.5.26). They did offer to transfer the site to a server elsewhere that does support PHAR but that is not convenient just now unti...

[SOLVED] Self Inflicted Problem - FEU
To Jo Morg,
Thanks VERY MUCH for that - that makes life SO much easier. Such an easy and elegant solution. Love it!
I have done that and it's all working again
Off to apply it to the other sites I run.

Re: Self Inflicted Problem - FEU
Thanks for the suggestion Rolf
I had already tried that and failed as the admin screen layout is screwed by the error messages.
I can get to the 'Site Admin' tab but then cannot select the Tab for 'Cache and content':

Hi I hope someone can point me in the right direction as this has been a problem troubling me for over a year, and have been working round/ignoring it up until now. Many thanks calguy1000
- I am delighted that you have confirmed that I had spotted a typo as the wall I was banging my head against was starting to crumble and my in depth knowledge of PHP/Smarty etc is limited.
Regards and thanks again.

Re: FEU User Properties - amending them?
Wow!! What a comprehensive reply :D Thanks very much JohnnyB for that - I'm going to have to go away and study that carefully. I can do the basic stuff and experiment with UDTs (I like them) and the Templates to get what I want but this problem with the FEU had me stumped. I had thought of Plan C (y...

Re: Module Gallery 2.0.1 Errors
Thanks for that staartmees. Unfortunately that option isn't available in my cPanel - no Arvixe options at all. I can't even look and see what options are set in php.ini. :( There is an non-editable list of the most significant settings but not error reporting. I will have to raise a Support Question...

Re: Module Gallery 2.0.1 Errors
Ahh - yes - I assumed they were "errors" but as you say, they are Warnings and it does say that the changes have been successfully made. I hope I'm not missing something obvious here and it's a stupid question but how do you disable php error reporting please? I've looked through all the C...

Re: Module Gallery 2.0.1 Errors
Just seen other information posted in a different query, so:
Current PHP Version - 5.3.29
Server Database Version - 5.5.37
Running on Apache
Server Operating System - linux 2.6.18-371.4.1.el5 on x86_64
Don't know if that helps further.
Regards
Mike
