I had the same warning. I solved it by adding a Field Definition with type 'Album (group of pictures)'. CMS MS is fantastic, but the internal editor didn't fit my requirements either, so I used to copy-paste code to and from my "offline" editor and version control (Coda) constantly. Not very elegant. I finally found a simple solution to use my external editor, without installing any plug-ins...

I'm having exactly the same error message in a rather fresh Multilanguage installation of the latest version.
Can this have anything to do with the Multilanguage installation, because the 'class.globalcontentoperations.inc.php' has some major changes because of the Multilanguage functionality?
