Is this a page that will be displayed in the admin section? or in the frontendpart? i'll just have to hide it from the users is that right?

Is there a way forthe admin to create an email msg and send it to someones email
i need help i customised the frontendusers for them to register and be verified first by the admin. wat i did is put them first in the "pending" groups and change it to "active" when its approved. what i want is for the user to know that they have been approved and can have acces...
