Re: Multi-Language Websites Poll
in instances where my clients have required multiple languages, I've simple added Google Translate to the footer. I've tried adding links to Google Translation and/or Babelfish translation to the footer before. Honestly, unless you are translating from English to any European languages like French ...

Re: Multi-Language Websites Poll
As a bi-linguist, the only reason why I mostly create websites with one language on CMS is because it is too much hassle for me to create a website with both languages (ie, set up two directory folders, creating and using user tag codes, etc). I have tried before embedding language pages within the ...

Re: How does news module work?
Thanks Mark for your reply. I've solved my problem. Apparently, it seems to be some bug problem in the old version 1.2.3 Black Rock. The strange thing is that everything used to work for months and suddenly it just malfunction. Since I upgraded it to the latest version 1.3 Cuba, everything is workin...

Re: How does news module work?
My RSS feed url used to be working fine. But I just found out that the feed url leads to an error page. My news module seems to be working fine as it does show the news. The only thing is that the feed is not working properly. When I go to my feed url, I see this message: XML Parsing Error: junk aft...

Re: News Pretty Url working but page not showed up
Thanks. I did thought of that and corrected it a while ago to see if it would make any difference. The only news folder I have is what is already including in the news module. But as I have noted, the pretty url would show up when I put the mouse over the news link under news summary. But when I cli...

Re: News Pretty Url working but page not showed up
I give up trying to setting up an seo url friendly feature with the news module. It just does not work. Otherwise the rest of the web page seo url works fine.

Re: News Pretty Url working but page not showed up
Thank you so much for responding to my inquiry. Even though it has been a month late response. I still never got to get the stuff working for me. The pretty url link is not an issue. I've tried setting "false" for both internal pretty urls and use hierarchy and nothing works. I've tried El...

Re: Intuitive-Soul.com -not an ordinary little psychic shop
Just want to say that back in December, I finally took the time to change the entire website look and feel. Thanks to the previous guys' and gal's feedback at this forum. In this 5th version, I totally cut down on the graphics to minimal. I also removed the image rollover stuff. So the site looks cl...

I know it's x'mas eve tonight so I don't expect any quick response to my question. But whenever anyone has the time to help me out here, I would be greatly appreciated. I am having a mega problem with CMSMailer. I don't know why I keep getting error messages and it won't send out emails. Warning: f...

Re: BIG NMS error version 1.0.1
I have given up on NMS for now and have now someone creating a CMSMS hook for phpList - which is of course not what I like, but which should fix most of my problems and help getting better results. Regards, Nils Can you give me the direct link? I like to try it out since I just recently installed p...

Re: BIG NMS error version 1.0.1
Me too. I just installed NMS and I cannot send via SMTP or Mail setting. I think I must have misconfigured the Mailer setting in CMSMailer Module. Can someone give me some direction as to how to configure this so that I can receive and send newsletter?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: How to integrate an existing php file into CMS Made Simple
I found another effective way to embed php file into CMSmadesimple. That is to use the {embed} tag instead and enclose the existing php file into a frame. Too bad I did not know of this tag sooner. Could have saved me many hours of tackling the user define tag issue. :P Anyway, I got the php scri...

Re: How to integrate an existing php file into CMS Made Simple
Thanks Dee, I did tried both using {php} tags and changing the config.php setting as instructed but no dice. For some strange reason, I manage to make the CMSms show up the php user define tags but the problem is that the script is not working properly. The script is using an if else statement and...
