CGExtensions 1.49.11
Tried various versions of NMS from 2.7.4 to the latest
Add a List
Add a User to the list
Compose a message, click Save

Form Error

Any suggestions

Background repeating on my monitor also
Content Images are 140K-250K, may be suggest 50K max

Nope it is not a downloaded template, it's all my design.
