Re: Video Player and ffmpeg
No, ffmpeg provides additional features but is not mandatory.
Do you have any error message displayed in the page html ?

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
I have 2 problems : - This error message on top of the Play module admin panel Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/users4/a/alezan/www/modules/Play/Play.module.php on line 101 - The fact that even with autoload set to 0, my mp3 players load automatically in each pa...

Re: News module shows future articles
Postdate and startdate arent redundant..... Postdate is the date that is showing as the date the entry was created... Without expiration set, every "active" entry will show... With expiration set, only entries that are inside the start/end date frame are shown.. In your case, with a sched...

Re: News module shows future articles
Is the "Start Date:" in the future? or the "Post Date:"? or both? Nullig It's the "post date": I don't use expiration date, because I don't want my articles to expire : I just need to publish them in 2 or 3 weeks automatically. I naively thought that "post date&qu...

Re: Search module and RSS feed show hidden articles
What version you on dam. I had to add some extra code to the search module to stop it searching Albums (which I had hidden for a particular client with FEU). But I guess this more to do with future News and wether active or not or at least triggering active for stuff that is current or past? Russ W...

Re: Search module and RSS feed show hidden articles
Well, forget point 2 : a complete reindexing of content made it disappear.
Nevertheless, point 1 is still here : when an article is "active", with a publication date in the future, it appears in news module RSS feed, which is quite embarrassing.

News module shows future articles
Hello, Does anyone of you have the same bug than me ? I have prepared some news articles for my website and I see 2 mistakes 1) When the article is marked "active" but with a publication date in the future, the article is still shown in News module RSS feed 2) When the article is marked &q...

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
Hey Dam ! Great module. I have a question though : - could it be possible to put parameters in a different file (txt or xml as used with neolao players) so that there's no validation problems and a cleaner code too ? Well, this idea of an external file is not something that I find very pretty, actu...

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
It appears all the errors relate directly to the Play module, particularly that ampersands are not encoded correctly. Not sure how I can fix this. reidjazz Sorry, but on my test site, Play is fully validated by W3C validator. Erros on your CSS are not due to Play, I'm talking about CSS errors : htt...

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
Dam, I'm having a bit of trouble with the Play module. On this page http://alhoodtrumpet.com/cms/index.php?page=sounds , I'm using the play module at the bottom, but notice it doesn't display correctly (at least on a Mac...not sure about Windoze). It may be something about the CSS, but I'm not sure...

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
This is the answer I had been searching for. I am guessing that the autoload parameter is an on/off (1/0) function. Is this correct? I would love to show a particular frame, either to choose the frame number or time (such as 20 seconds into the clip). Also, the way the first frame shows up as a thu...
