Changing root path
I am needing to change my installation from the root path of the current directory to a another folder within that directory to try and solve some permissions issues that have caused me a lot of headaches. Does anyone have any advice for doing this or any gotchas I need to look out for? I'm taking ...

Re: navigation disappeared ! - I swear i did my research before
We had this problem as well. I turned out that some of the pages all got stuck under some strange default page. We still don't have a Default Page that we can modify, but we've got another thread on that. Our menus disappeared and we had to go back into the templates and tell the menu to start at...

Re: Album in CMS 1.6
After upgrading to 1.6 Album wasn't even showing up for me. I had to re-download and install it. Then the albums were showing up again. I haven't tried to use it yet, so hopefully it will keep working smoothly.

Re: tinymce insert image -> browse = login
I'm having this issue as well and now I don't even get the upload option after installing 1.6. It's not even there. I've tried the latest CMSMS TinyMCE (2.5.0beta3) and the one that came with 1.6 (2.5)

Clearing the site-cache did it. We'll be posting the script shortly for those of you who have also run into this problem.

Re: Strange characters on all pages (over 1000 pages) after 1.6 upgrade!
We're now able to make the change so it's correct in the database using the script, but the page is still printing out the wrong code. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Strange characters on all pages (over 1000 pages) after 1.6 upgrade!
We have that same  character sprinkled throughout in many cases. That character has replaced the non-breaking space and inside the HTML code, this is what it now shows:  We're going to try and write a script that searches for all of that and replaces it, but we don't want to screw up the datab...

Re: Strange characters on all pages (over 1000 pages) after 1.6 upgrade!
Thanks for the quick reply. That variable was set for true and I changed it to false, but is there a way to get it to take all those characters out of the pages now that they have all been changed?

Strange characters on all pages (over 1000 pages) after 1.6 upgrade!
I have some non-standard or strange characters appearing on all our pages of the CMS (over 1000) after doing an upgrade from 1.51 to 1.6. I haven't seen a thread that quite matches this dilemma but figure it has something to do with UTF-8 character encoding. Here is an example of the characters on...

Re: Apply button problem
Bump.
We're having the same problem except we didn't transfer any files. Anyone have any other suggestions? Submit works fine and Apply just seems to reload the page with no changes. We have a lot of users using this, so this is a pretty big problem for us. Any help would be appreciated.

I ftp'd the files over and then ran the upgrade.php from the install directory. No errors during ftp.

[solved] class.admintheme.inc.php error after upgrading to 1.4.1
I'm getting this error when I log in and use the admin panel after upgrading from 1.3.1 to 1.4.1. I've tried to set the theme to Default and it goes back to the old admin theme before NCleanGrey and tried to set it back, etc.. and still get the above error no matter what it is set at. Any suggestio...

Re: 1.3.1 FileManager error
Saw the other thread I missed and downloaded the full version and copied just the File Manager folder over. All seems to be working now. Hope this helps someone else.
