Re: Site not working! Emergency Help Please...
Just had a mild stroke when i found out some of my sites hosted on godaddy had the same problem. couple google searches later landed me on this forum post. I figured out what the problem was. I think GoDaddy were doing some upgrades in the background. Rolling updates that hitted your account first a...

Another recent site
www.rickdowniespecialties.com Was done about 1.5 years ago using version 1.6.7. Simple site, used Album module to do photo gallery. Today spent 10 mins doing step upgrades from 1.6.7->1.7.1->1.8.2->1.9.4.3->1.10.3 and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and painless it was. Still gives me shivers t...

Re: Background image not showing [solved]
Thanks for the quick response.
Works now when I use:
.blok_header { margin:0; padding:0; background:url([[root_url]]/images/hdrbg.gif) top repeat-x; }
but not sure why only needed for this one, whereas I only have url(/images/blahblah.gif) for referencing other images in the CSS.

Background image not showing [solved]
Hi, I've created a template from my graphic designer who has given me the HTM and CSS and the images. When I view the page I created with the template, the background image doesn't show but when I hit the URL of the image directly it displays no problem and I am hoping someone could tell me why. Thi...

Re: I am Geediu
Recently received a couple of quotes for setting up small e-commerce sites, but fell through because I haven't been able to demo a functional site. Maybe it's time to do up a mock site using the modules available here, or consider donating to get the modules completed. Stay tuned. PS still feeling a...

I am Geediu
Hi, First I want to say CMSms changed my life somewhat... I was a html junkie before back in the late 90s but gave up soon after things got fancy (css, xhtml, javascript, flash) and gave up on the web stuff. I came across CMSms when I had to look for a way to migrate a web site from a closed-source ...

[Solved] Google Analytics Tracking Code breaks template
Hi, Not sure if anyone is aware of this... and I dunno when this started happening but Google Analytics has changed their new tracking code to look like this: var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www."); document.write(unes...

Version History
Hi friends, Is there are version history feature on the horizon? It's super cool to be able to go back to the previous version of a page if one makes a mistake and save the page, overwriting stuff etc. Or make it so that when one clicks on the save button, it takes the person back to the main Pages ...

Re: Chinese language
I think chaman30's question is that why is there no chinese discussion forum under the international section. chaman30: i think it's because there isn't enough chinese people using or developing web sites with CMSms. However I am a chinese and if you can if you want I will try to answer your questio...
