Thanks for the reply! How I can disable php warnings? I tried with .htaccess and with php.ini, but with no luck. Warning message is still showing.

I tried .htaccess with code: php_flag display_errors off
And php.ini with: error_reporting(0);

Hi! I made new fresh upgrade to 1.12.1 version. Before upgrading I updated page hierarchy positions and routes. After that I cleared cache. All with no errors.

There was no errors while upgrading, but still gives me the same error at Content Manager.

There was no active "default" template selected in my News detail template. After setting that active my search now works normally.
