In developer site Cart's "Remove All Items" functionality is working properly.

When I uploaded to real site, button "Remove All Items" is not working - page reloaded but all Items are in the cart

Where I should look to find the problem?

Another problem is that my page is multilingual.
I made redirection to Cart page after Product is added to the cart.
But I need to redirect to a different Cart page if User is in different language page...
Is it possible?

Būtent dėl to... konvertavau visas lenteles ir jų laukus į utf - pradėjo gražiai rodyti LT raides. valio! pasirodo duomenų bazės collationas yra švediškas... ir moduliai susidiegė pagal defaultinį collationą... :-\

Matyt kažkas tavo konfiguracijoje negerai 100% kažkas negerai mano konfigūracijoje. Sukėliau viską į originalų puslapį, tai puikiai praėjo ir niekas nelūžo.
