Hi,
it's possible to do an upgrade from 1.10.3 to the latest version 1.11.9? Can I just install the new version over the old one, or are there some important steps to consider?

You obviously have good ideas, good knowledge and the willingness to contribute to CMSMS. Posting patches here in the forum brings some major problems: 1. Many users won't find it, especially in some weeks and months 2. Everytime I make an upgrade/update of CMSms, I have to change your patches again...

I want the sectionheaders to be clackable and fold out the menu items below, but don't know how???

It's the characteristic feature of a sectionheader NOT to be clickable and NOT change the menu.

What you want is exact what a normal menu on level 1 does, why do you use sectionsheaders?

Have a look at the CSS, there are classes like "cms-guestbook-entry-text" or "cms-guestbook-entry-header"

Just add border-bottom or border-top.
