SOLVED!!! I decided after trying to FTP the whole load to the server again and again to rather delete the previous attempted installation and just upload the ta / zip file to the server and then unzip to a folder and install from there. And voila, works fine, no problems. Installation complete. Just...

Check your installation with Checksum test in Step 1

And what please is the checksum? Under what do I have to look in the install files?

Just an update, have solved my problem (it would seem my FTP failed to upload all the files to the server, just redid the entire upload and voila, it works).
