Restore a Formbuilder Form. CMSMS Version 1.11.13
Hello, I have a formbuilder form which was working perfectly prior to a web server change. The funny thing is, when the site is installed in a sandbox, the form works perfectly. When put on the new site, (Same cpanel account) the format is off. Everything else works fine. Someone to have a look and ...

Re: TinyMCE problems
Well, when I tried to upload the xml file, I got this: Error No file was uploaded. To install a module via XML you must choose and upload an module .xml file from your computer. (empty tmp_name) Error Error parsing XML file. Please make sure you are uploading a .xml file and not a .tar.gz or zip fil...

Re: TinyMCE problems
You can either import the xml into module manager, or unzip the .zip file into your /modules folder, then install it in module manager. This address: http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/12#package-7 Does not allow downloads of the XML file, as I alluded to in a previous post. Uploading and u...

Re: TinyMCE problems
Okay. Where do I find instructions on how to install a module? I think I will roll back to tinymce - it seems that works in my sandbox version, but from the repository, there are no instructions for installing a zip file, and the xml file just shows code in my browser when I click on that file refer...

TinyMCE problems
Hello all. During my problems with a hosting company that had migrated my site, I have had many problems that I am slowly resolving. I am also trying to prepare for an upgrade path to the latest version. There have been numerous issues, including module issues, etc. Now I see that the editor has dis...

Re: SVN and Formbuilder
Well, it looks like I might have spoken too soon. Yes, I do have forms working, but I had custom forms that were formatted specifically for what I needed. They work, but are not formatted right. I had an earlier version of the site that I have uploaded and sandboxed as a sub domain as you suggested....

Re: SVN and Formbuilder [solved]
I am revisiting this because of the head racking problems I have had with the old host. So sorry for revisiting this, but I cant move forward with upgrading until everything is working properly. I had to do a comlete re-install of 1.11.11 (San Cristobal) So, now the form builder is missing. However,...

Re: SVN and Formbuilder
Ok, thanks so much. One other question I forgot to ask: Does formbuilder create a directory in the root called "cp"? I am currently working on vulnerabilities issues and this directory doesnt appear to be part of the core for CMMMS 1.11.13. For that matter, do any modules or extentions eve...

SVN and Formbuilder
Not sure if this the correct forum. My apologies if it is not. First question, is what is SVN? How do I know if I am using it? I have the Formbuilder module installed and I am about to begin upgrading to the last version allowed for the CMSMS version I am using (Pre version 2). There is an upgrade p...

Re: Cant save changes...
Thank you for the follow up, and so quickly too. I guess at this point, my next question would be, is there a list of suggested hosting companies good for CMSMS? It seems like I would be jumping through a lot of hoops to find a hosting company, just to discover that the CMS wouldn't work there eithe...

Re: Cant save changes...
I was able to perform a differential back up to 1.11.12, but the problem still remained. I then went to CMSMS system information and found this: Check database access levels (server_db_grants) "could not find a suitable "grant all" permission. this may mean you could have problems ins...

Re: Cant save changes...
Thank you gentlemen for your responses. I do plan on updating. I guess I am a little concerned about trying that until this issue is resolved. The hosting provider has changed hands, and perhaps something has changed when they took control. The Php version is 5.4.45. Would this later version be a pr...

Version: 1.11.11 "San Cristobal" Hi all, It had been a little while since I had done an update on the content on my site. Recently, I made some edits but when I hit "apply" nothing happens. When I hit "Submit" it takes me to a blank page. Can anyone offer any hints as t...

Responsive (mobile) design
Well, I see the posts here asking about how to do a mobile. I see lots of well, thats easy - just a few tags, oh, just HTML. Etc. Well, Its not that easy for many of us. My site has been up on CMSMS for several years. I do know some HTML, and no Smarty. What would be grand is if there was some tutor...
