Site not working any longer

I am trying to find out why my site is not working any longer, it was working when I left for the holidays. My server was up and running while I was gone, but no changes were made.

I checked to make sure Apache was running (re-started it a couple of times), accessed several sites off the same server which are HTML based and not CMS-made-simple based which worked without any problems. I checked Apache's logs and nothing is out of the ordinary. The admin portion of the application does not come up either.

I get a "The connection has timed out"

I can definitely install CMS-made-simple once again, but would rather not given that I had set up all the menus, pictures/photos, etc. already and would not want to start from scratch.

Can comeone point me to any log files or a way to find out why this is not working?

There are connections to index.php?

- Active debug in config.php
- Send a php file on server with:
