An error in module manager

Hi,

I've just installed CMSMS on my server.  This is the 3rd or 4th time I've done it for clients.

When trying to install additional modules, I get this error:

Error!

SOAP Problem (http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository): HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://modules.cmsmadesimple.org/soap.p ... Repository prior to connect(). This is often a problem looking up the host name.

A search of the forums gave me one result http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 819.0.html but no real solution.

I have disabled my firewall and proxy server, and still are unable to get it to work!

Any help would be great.
