I installed the contact form as:
{contact_form email=mail@middleburyunioncemetery.com}
but get this error:
Sorry, the message was not sent. The server may be down!
I'm using version .13
any idea what is wrong?

Have you correctly set up CMSMailer? You won't be able to send emails if you haven't provided mail server details.

contact_form uses the php mail method, not CMSMailer.
