Congratulation !

Post by ploc »

I've just finished to put my website online using cmsmadesimple.

After trying many cms, cmsmadesimple is the one I choosed, cmsmadesimple is the most accurate cms for me !

- it is simple enough to be easily installed
- it is feature complete enough to allow me to add as many functions as I need/want

In a few words, congratulation for the marvellous job made on cmsmadesimple.

As you're working on a new admin side, I advise you to work on it in order to make it more versatile depening on the profile (and the rights of each user) so that each user can only click on the available feature for him. It makes the interface less confusing for basic users and allows to separate technical people (that will work on html, layout and the webmastering work) and the non-technical ones (the ones that works on the content but dos not know anything about html).

Tell me if I'm not clear in what I'm saying, I can try to tell it better...

Thank you anyway !

Thanks very much for the kind words.

I understand what you mean about the admin interface, and that's exactly what it will does.  It will only show things based on the permissions of the user and hide the rest.  Plus, with descriptions of all of the menu items, it should make it more understandable to the novice user.

Thanks again!

You mean that although cmsmadesimple is the best cms (for most users), it will become better and go closer to the perfection ?

Perfect, the way cmsmadesimple is following is making me faithful for tu future versions...

I'm impatient !

Well, 0.10 beta 1 should be out in the middle of the week.  There isn't much more waiting...  :)
