Formbuilder ... error... Topic is solved

Hi people!!
I've just installed my CMS and it looks awsome!!
I'm pretty new to this site methods... and I'm trying to add a contact form...
I've installed the formbuilder module ... made a contact page, went to edit and past the code to display the form, but all I get is a lot of errors...

Does someone knows how can I fix this?!

Check the source of the pasted modulecall if no strange characters where inserted during pasting.

I'm so sorry... this sounds so stupid.. lol

Instead placing {cms_module module='FormBuilder' form='sample_form'}

I've past the code I got in the form builder... lol!!!!
