Hi,

I'm running 1.0.8 stable but I can't seem to install.

The installation always gets to the database point and returns

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: adonewconnection() in /home/httpd/vhosts/1300marryus.com.au/httpdocs/cmsmadesimple-1.0.8/install/lib/classes/CMSInstaller.class.php on line 187

I installed via shell and I did get some errors during the TAR operatoin saying "no folder exists"

My server is a Rackforce Linux box and I'm not very savvy on Linux so any help would be appreciated!

My only guess is that maybe it has to do with the folder depth?

install via shell : good point.
May be you should try to reinstall from scratch, including the download step. Your tar file may be corrupted ?

Please show what you have typed (from ssh...) and what was the response : a transcript of the ssh session.
