I got a mail from cmsmadesimple, found a link :

click it , then input my passwd for forum , but "Authorization failed." .
What's this mail ? How can I login in .
Any suggestion will be appreciated .

Someone sent an email to your projects mailinglist (probably spam) and you got a request to authorize it.
Delete the list if you're not using it - in the forge lists admin, I think it was under Update (a link 'permanently delete this list').
Then disable the list function:
From the project click the Admin button, then the admin link, then the link 'Edit Public Info' and uncheck Use Mailing Lists.
If you want to use mailinglists for your project set them non-public and let an admin reset your lists password (easiest to join #cms and contact Ted or Calguy).
