Do you know Drupal  CMS ?  What are his advantages and which are him of defect ?  I look for straight CMS .Do you have some different proposals ?  I want to edit content. I want to put files. My firm is small  trade firm.

What do you want to present on your Website? Only contact informations, history, catalog and so other? Or a real online shop?

You can testdrive both systems over at http://www.opensourcecms.com/ --- both systems have advantages but it depends on where you are planning to use it and what you would like to do with it.
