Is there any built in Module for Guest Book for CMS made Simple? What are the option available for Guest Book in CMS Made Simple.

Yes, there is a module called "Gastbuch". Search for guestbook in the CMSMS Forge, that you get to by clicking the Development link in the top menu of this site.
