CGExtensions / SiteMapMadeSimple SQL Error

Hi there, I was trying to install the SiteMapMadeSimple module which also depends (requires) the CGExtensions module, but I keep getting this error (below/last). I went ahead and removed it via FTP until I can figure out what's wrong. Can anyone help determine - based on this error mssg - if this is a server related or server access issue please?

I'm currently using CMSMS v.2.1.1 (I know v.2.1.2 is out - perhaps it could have something to do with this maybe?)
I only have the basic modules installed, nothing crazy, here's the list;

Might be there are newer modules available in the Forge, where this is fixed. CG released a new CGE version recently.
