CMS 1.6 fatal error message

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

CMS 1.6 fatal error message

Post by miBeloved »

I am trying to go through CMS Made Simple 1.6 by Hauschildt. After the installation and fixing all the deprecated codes, everything looks good on the admin end but when loading the site I get this error message:

Fatal error: Class 'content' not found in /home/mibelove/public_html/belovedminds.com/lib/classes/class.contentoperations.inc.php on line 75

=========
Would appreciate any assistance figure this out. My server said they could not get it pinned down.

name of the site is
belovedminds.com

also is there a complete tutorial book for 1.11 the current version of CMS

I understand you want to learn CMS Made Simple. But we can and will not support that very old version unfortunately.

Only latest two versions of CMS Made Simple are supported.

I'd recommend to install the latest version 1.11.12 and during install choose to install sample content. That content contains a lot of useful information.

You can still read the book but keep in mind that things have changed in the meanwhile.
