You need to upgrade your whole CMSMS website, not just the NMS module.

A lot of people neglict it, but i's very important to always keep your modules and the cmsms-core up-to-date.

And the PHP version, as at least calguy’s modules require PHP 5.4 minimum.

CAVE http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/installation/requirements still mentions PHP 5.2.4 and recommends PHP 5.3.2 and greater
