CGBlog + Formbuilder

Hello, I have a default install of CMSMS with CGBlog + Formbuilder. I am using the default contact form ({FormBuilder form='contact'}) which is being displayed in my CGblog pages.
This is probably an easy answer for someone more familiar with CMSMS but how can I display the blog title in a field in the form?
Any help would be appreciated.
