This topic is written to have the known issues and fixes concentrated....

1) SOLVED Backend is slower then previous release.

2) SOLVED Internet Explorer doesnt show specific backend-pages nicely (f.e. News).

3) SOLVED Theme ´default´ gives message ´Undefined index: direction´ on top in backend.

4) SOLVED Core modules/tabs in the backend aren't translated

5) SOLVED The content tag isn't allowing underscore in name of block anymore

6) SOLVED Default content has News categories in summary-template.

Fixed in SVN. Added the following logic to the default stylesheet of News.

We're aware of the admin slowness issues.  Sometimes we concentrate so much on the frontend being fast and stable, that we forget about the backend being snappy as well.  We believe we have a fix which we'll test for a day or two.

If you want to test it yourself (and please do, we could use the feedback), replace lib/translation.functions.php with this version: http://svn.cmsmadesimple.org/svn/cmsmad ... ctions.php

It *should* fix the slowness issues.  Let us know either way!
