error on news after upgrade.

A recent upgrade to 1.6.7 has left me with the following error.
It only appears when debugging is on in config....but according to my webhost it is contributing to some memory outages.
Does anyone have any ideas for a fix for the following?
In news section in admin.
Error with custom fields on upgraded version

In News admin, in Field Definitions section we get this error message where the delete button should be:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$deletelink in public_html/fixer/tmp/templates_c/News^%%DC^DCB^DCB07EC3%%module_file_tpl%3ANews%3Bcustomfieldstab.tpl.php on line 40

On the front end there is this error message under the link to the file:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$pdf_version in tmp/templates_c/News^%%5D^5D7^5D746C71%%module_db_tpl%3ANews%3Bdetailnewsdetail.php on line 26

The link to the file still works

Sounds like not all files made it up to site...

How did you upload them, what version of PHP are you using?...
