Hey,

Trying to find out if theres one or if I should try making my own.

Currently im looking for a dynamic slider / banner.

I found this one, and its similar to the one in the Ocean theme for CMSMS.
http://www.spacetacular.com/blog/2010/01/jquery-and-cms-made-simple/

But, problem is that im not going to administrate this page and the guys who should aint photoshop gurus :)

So, I need a easy way for them to upload pictures and add text to the pictures and maybe administrate it
all from a Content or as a module.

Greateful for all help and advice.

Regards,

John

Hi John,

Something like:

http://www.doedestreekproef.nl/
Just wiat a few moments and look at the header. This is a double layer. The photo is on the background, the logo and white cloud in the front. They just need to upload a picture wit the right sizes into a specified directory. The logo and cloud stay and do not to be added or something. Easy for those who do not know how to handle photoshop.

or

http://www.erkendstreekproduct.nl
This one changes picture when clicking the menu. A bit more complicated photo wise. These are all different pictures made with photoshop.

Let me know.

@peterbus

Nice reuse of existing themes, only thing I would say is the second site images are probably larger in file size then needed, they take a while to load...

@John

You can use jQuery script in and the {content_image} tag to do what you need...

Try having a look here:
http://www.noupe.com/design/sliding-content.html
or this one is great you can load it with "anything" and it's very customizable. I had it running in cmsms for upcoming movies for a while with pics and synopsis for each movie.
