I was wondering, if there is any way to use CGFeedback just for rating - when I just select some rating and click "Submit" then it says that I have to fill some required fileds - is there any way how to use this module just for rating?

So it isn't possible? 

Just because you didn't get an answer doesn't mean it's not possible.

However, in this case, I think it would require modifying the source code, which you may or may not be comfortable doing.  REMEMBER: MODIFYING SOURCE CODE MAKES YOUR SITE UNSUPPORTABLE.  If you are comfortable modifying source, it is assumed that you are competent to resolve any issues that may arise due to said modifications.

aa007: I think it is just matter of commenting some data validation lines in "/modules/CGFeedback/action.default.php".
