In TinyMCE module settings there is a tab for "profiles" where I can edit the buttons and configuration for:

- Backend Profile
- Advanced Backend Profile
- Frontend Profile

It seems that my system uses the Advanced Backend Profile because change I make here take effect.

What is the difference between Backend Profile and Advanced Backend Profile?

Where does one control which one is used for Editors/Designers, etc?

Found the answer...

In Group Permissions, there is a checkbox for "Allow usage of advanced profile in TinyMCE".  So you can have a simple WYSIWYG for Editors, and allow Administrators and/or Designers to use the "Advanced Profile".

Found out about that too..

But, how does your image/file-uploading works?

Cause I cant manage my "Editors" to upload pictures through TinyMCE.

In the profile you check "Show file management options" and then save the profile.

Now open a page in Content->Pages and look at TinyMCE.

If you click either the Image button or the link button and click the "Browse" button (it looks like a little grid at the upper right). This opens a popup, and at the bottom of the page is a form to upload a file.

Hm, not sure what you mean?

Cant find "Show file management options" for Front End users?

This user is a limited user, for example an Editor.

In the TinyMCE profile options, not in the admin user permissions.
