I get the checksum error when trying to install FormBuilder module.

expected: ba9d176750492810e6d2ac72593b1022 and got d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e

How do I fix this?

Download the XML from

http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/frs/?group ... ase_id=975

and use "Extensions -> Modules -> Upload" to upload the XML.
Then press the install link behind the uploaded module.
