It would be really cooll, on each page to have a last modified date and time.

I would implement it as a plugin.....

so that something like {last_modified format=""} would spit it out, possibly inside a
tag so that it could be formatted nicely.

Just my $0.02.

{modified_date} has been distributed with CMS since version 0.1 or 0.2. It even takes the format parameter. :)

Hi,

{modified_date}  Prints only the Date form the last modifiecation from the page or the template. Is it possible to print only, when the page content hase change?
