CGCalendar - How to enable jquery, jquery-ui and jsrender?

In order for the calendar to display in "fullcalendar" mode on a CMSMS v2.1.2 test site, the module's Help says that jquery, jquery-ui and jsrender should be enabled. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do this. Can someone please help?

You place these tags in your page template header:
