Hello,
I need to upgrade a site that is currently running version 1.0.3
I have read in the documentation that I need to upgrade to the next bigger version. Where can I find older versions of the cms and with which version should I start?
I'm not familiar with CMS Made Simple.
Thanks for the help!

You can find all releases here http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/6
I wrote a blog post about upgrading to 1.9.x a while ago http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/37/Advent ... to-1-9-4-1 then when you are at 1.9.x follow official documentation http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading

Thanks uniqu3 for your reply.
One thing I forgot to mention. My cms version is in german. Do I have to consider this or can I install an english version over a german one?

Re: Upgrading from CMS Made Simple 1.0.3
When I try to update, I get the following:
Database Connection Failed
Error: Access denied for user 'cms'@'localhost' (using password: YES) (1045)
Function Performed: CONNECT
Host/DB: localhost/cms
Database Type: mysql
However, the db credentials in the config.php file are correct. Are there any other places I have to edit the db settings?
Thanks for the help!

Ok, i managed to upgrade to version 1.9.11.
Now some of the images are missing and the installer said it couldn't install the filemanager and printing module. how do I install those?
Thanks!

Unfortunately only the last version are supported so you need to keep upgrading...
