Products: 2.15.1

I need shopping cart with following functionality:
One product has several codes (like T-shirt has different sizes).
User may add one or more products with certain codes to shopping cart.
After he finished collecting products, he will check out - fill contact information and system will send collected items to salesman. That's it - no Paypal or credit cards....

Is it possible to do with Products module?

I think the shopping cart has a manual order thingy, products has attributes you can use for things like size/color/etc....

What about sending order via email? In Shoping card I'm clicking "Order", and nothing happens...
Do I need other module to send order?

Orders module is necessary for sending email
